Two winners emerged from two different tours on the same day, but the payouts, ranking points, and rewards followed separate structures.
Let us look at what the seven-time PGA Tour winner and the player who returned to winning after nearly sixteen years earned following their victories, according to Golf News Net.
Collin Morikawa claims the PGA Tour title this week
Collin Morikawa ended a 45-start winless run with a win at the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on February 15. He finished at 22-under par and secured a one-shot victory over Min Woo Lee and Sepp Straka after a birdie on the final hole.

This win marked his seventh PGA Tour title and his first since October 2023, ending his run without a title.
Morikawa earned $3,600,000 after the win, taking the winner’s share from the $9,600,000 purse.
The win also earned him 71 Official World Golf Ranking points, which contributed to his position in the global rankings. Along with this, he received 700 FedEx Cup points, as the tournament carried Signature Event status on the PGA Tour schedule.
Anthony Kim’s LIV Golf Adelaide win and what he gained from the victory
Collin Morikawa was not the only player to end a winless run, as Anthony Kim also returned to winning at LIV Golf Adelaide on February 15, securing his first professional title in nearly 16 years.
The victory marked his first win since 2010 and followed his time away from competition due to injuries and personal challenges.
Kim secured the LIV Golf Adelaide title with a three-shot win over Jon Rahm. He shot 9-under 63 in the final round and finished with a 72-hole total of 23-under 265.
Rahm closed with 71, while Bryson DeChambeau finished at 17-under after a final-round 74.
After the win, attention shifted to what Kim earned, as he received $4,000,000 from the $20,000,000 individual purse at LIV Golf Adelaide.
He also earned 23 Official World Golf Ranking points and 200 LIV Golf points, which counted toward the season standings.
In addition to the individual result, his team, 4Aces GC, finished third in the team competition, which had a total purse of $10,000,000.
