Dartmouth Finishes at 3-Under; Columbia Records Second-Place Result

With this result, Columbia recorded its fourth top-three finish in five events this season and its second runner-up finish after the Battle at the Creek in September.

The group of first-years Kristina Xu, Emily Zeng, and Bridget Chantharath, along with sophomores Sarah Shao and Christine Chang, combined for a 54-hole total of 6-over-par 870.

That score stands as the second-lowest 54-hole total in program records and the lowest in relation to par.

Individually, Kristina Xu continued her run with another top-five result, her third in five collegiate starts. She recorded a 5-under 67 in the second round on Saturday and followed it with a final-round 73.

Xu made four birdies across her first 13 holes and closed the tournament at 3-under-par 213, which ranks as the third-lowest 54-hole score in program records.

Alongside her, Emily Zeng added a top-10 finish in her collegiate debut. She signed for a 72 in the final round to end the tournament at 1 over.

Over the weekend, Zeng posted rounds of 74 and 71 before balancing four birdies and four bogeys on Sunday.

Further down the board, Christine Chang finished at 8 over and secured her fourth top-25 result in five events this season. A final-round 72 moved her up 15 spots on the leaderboard.

Competing with the Columbia B team, Emily Luo placed 27th at 10 over, while Sarah Shao and Bridget Chantharath also tied for 27th.
