A golf course in the Scottish Highlands has come onto the market, with offers invited above $2 million, according to Golfweek.

Located in Beauly, Aigas Golf Course is now seeking a new owner. Established in 1993 by Peter and Jessie Masheter, the property spans around 30 acres.

Since opening, it has operated as a nine-hole layout and continues to serve both local players and visitors to the region. At present, Aigas Golf Course in Beauly offers adult memberships priced at just over $400.

In addition, season tickets are available for approx $50, while nine-hole green fees begin at $13. Meanwhile, standard adult green fees are listed at $27.

According to the course website, Aigas Golf Course is a par-33 parkland layout designed by professional golfer Bill Mitchell and has developed steadily over the past 25 years.

In addition, the site notes that the course is maintained by an on-site greenkeeping team, with playing conditions managed throughout the season for golfers of varying abilities.

The Coach House, Pond View, Old Dairy, and Old Stable cottages are located across various areas of the property and, according to Bell Ingram, are currently generating income. 

While the cottages operate from March to November, the agents indicate that opening them year-round could increase revenue by meeting winter demand and short-stay bookings.

All cottages share access to a laundry room and a games room. The site includes a communal garden with a barbecue and outdoor seating, along with allocated parking spaces.
