At the 36-hole US Open Final Qualifying, three LIV golfers came out on top and will feature at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in June.
Former US Open champion Graeme McDowell, RangeGoats’ Peter Uihlein, and Legion XIII’s Caleb Surratt are headed to the major.
Uihlein started out strong and finished at the top of the leaderboard. The RangeGoats man secured a score of 9-under par as he posted rounds of 66 and 67.

McDowell was five shots behind Uihlein and was one of the four players to qualify with a 4-under score.
The Northern Irishman has not featured at a major since 2020. At the historic Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, McDowell will return to the big stage.
Surratt’s qualification was interesting. The 22-year-old was just one shot behind McDowell, but there were six players tied at 3-under.
A six-for-one playoff took place, and Surratt came out on top, securing the final qualifying spot. The performance earned the 22-year-old his first appearance in a major championship.
The qualifying took place through two 36-hole battles at two different venues on Monday. One was held at Dallas Athletic Club in the US and the other at Walton Heath Golf Club in England.
The only three to qualify secured their major starts at Dallas. Some big names from the league missed out on qualification.
LIV Golf’s Big Names Who Did Not Qualify
2017 Masters champion Sergio Garcia was unable to qualify for the US Open for the second straight year.
The Spaniard fell two shots short of the six-man playoff. He saw his 25-year streak of consecutive tournament appearances end in 2025.
Elsewhere, Garcia's teammate Jose Luis Ballester and 35-year-old Abraham Ancer also just missed out, along with South African pro golfer Branden Grace and Zimbabwe's Scott Vincent.
