Billy Horschel is willing to load his schedule early if it gives him a clear path into the PGA Tour’s events.

Speaking to the PGA Tour, Horschel discussed his recovery and future plans.

"I may play 12, 13 straight weeks. I’m going over to the Sony Open in Hawaii. My record's decent there. I've had some good finishes. I like the course. It suits me well."

While last season's Sony Open finish was disappointing with an 18th-place finish, Horschel has  top 10 twice over his last five appearances before the 2025 finish.

Right now, I'm planning to play the first four events, and then if I get into the Signature Events, that’s six in a row, and then you come back to the Florida Swing, and it's really tough for me to miss events in the Florida Swing because I'm born and raised in Florida. I want to support those events. So I could play 10, 11 weeks in a row to start the year. If that's the case, that's a really good problem to have."

Born in Ponte Vedra Beach, Horschel has stayed dedicated to Florida throughout his career, even sticking to Florida in his college career.

And after months of injury trouble, Billy Horschel things he is ready

In September 2025, Billy Horschel opened up about the setbacks he faced after undergoing hip surgery. He described it as “an unfortunate situation.”

Despite the challenges, Horschel explained things felt better, as per his recent interview. "Every start, the body has felt better. It felt stronger. Body feels good. The hip flexor is a little tight right now, but that's just because I don't really walk much."

With a return to the golf course imminent, do you think Billy Horschel can keep up with the hectic golf schedule?
