Inside Jack Nicklaus and Wife Barbara's $27M Florida Home: PGA Tour Legend's Luxury Lifestyle

The Golfer of the Millennium, Jack Nicklaus’s impact on the sport remains unparalleled.
Beyond his 120 professional tournament wins and record-breaking 18 major championships, Nicklaus was also named the Athlete of the Century by Sports Illustrated and one of the 10 Athletes of the Century by ESPN.
He stands as the first sportsman to receive the "triple crown" of national awards: the Presidential Medal of Freedom (2005), the Congressional Gold Medal (2015), and the Lincoln Medal (2018).
While his accolades are the bedrock of his legacy, his home in Old Harbour Road in Palm Beach, which he shares with his wife Barbara, offers an idea of the man beyond.
The estate is located between Juno Ridge and North Palm Beach, in the Old Port Village community, built in 1970 and upgraded in 2020.

In 2023, Nicklaus updated the house with a boat lift. Boating plays an important role in the Nicklaus family’s life, as he and his wife, Barbara, love fishing.
During his college career, his golf coach, Bob Kepler, allowed him to skip practice as long as he was fishing. Kepler introduced him to fly fishing, which became a regular sport for Nicklaus.
Nicklaus has stated that it is important for him to keep a boat at home for personal use. The home’s location on the Intracoastal Waterway provides direct water access. He can fish or boat from his dock, or take his boat to Lake Little Worth or through the North Palm Beach Waterway.
The house also has an office, which Nicklaus describes as a space that functions more as a memorabilia room than a work area. In a PGA TOUR Features video, Jack Nicklaus walks through his home office and describes

“This is my office, and I don't think it gets used as an office very much. It's more or less a sort of memorabilia room in the house.”
With access to parks, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a dog park, Nicklaus lives about 15 minutes from Tiger Woods’ home on Jupiter Island, an area that is also home to several other public figures, such as Rory McIlroy, Gary Player ( a member of the Big Three), Michael Jordan, and many more.
