Tiger Woods has spent nearly three decades at the highest level of professional golf, collecting 15 majors, 82 PGA Tour titles, and a global profile that reshaped the sport. The same precision that defined his time on course is evident in how he lives away from it, most clearly in his $54 (then) million oceanside mansion on Jupiter Island in Florida. Known for his competitive focus, Woods has shown an equal taste for luxury real estate.

Tiger's worth is around $1.3 billion, and his home reflects the scale of his success. The legendary golfer lives on Jupiter Island in Florida and built a $54 million oceanside property designed for privacy, comfort, and training. The estate shows how he has invested in a lifestyle that combines luxury with a daily routine shaped by elite sport.

A New Estate Built From the Ground Up

The land originally held a 9,000 square foot mansion. Woods had it torn down to make space for a new layout, completed in 2010. The finished estate spans nearly nine acres and is divided into two main structures linked by a glass-covered walkway.

One building is a 12,000 square foot residence, and the other is a 14,000 square foot multipurpose space. A white stucco exterior, large windows, and full ocean views give the home a clean coastal look. The grounds include manicured lawns, bunkers, and palm-lined walkways that face the water.

Inside the main residence are four bedroom suites, including a large master, along with a spacious living room, wine storage, and a dining room with a fireplace. The property also has a guesthouse, a garage, and two private docks built to host large boats and yachts. Aerial views show the house set low against the coastline with greenery that frames the seafront.

Personal Golf Course and Training Spaces

For Woods, the estate is also a practice base. The property includes a 3.5-acre golf course that reportedly replicates various courses he has played around the world. He also has an indoor putting green and a state-of-the-art gym.

Other features include a 100-foot swimming pool, a 60-foot diving pool, oxygen therapy rooms, a private cinema, a games room, and basketball and tennis courts. The setup allows him to complete his full workout routine on site, from strength training to short game work.

Woods once described his daily routine to the Golf Channel as a mix of running, gym work, long practice sessions, playing, short game drills, and more running to finish the day.

Life Around Jupiter

The location also places him near his flagship restaurant, The Woods, described as a “legendary sports bar experience” where friends and family can gather. Beyond his home, Woods has invested in other projects, including a share in a 600-acre private resort called Albany on the island of New Providence in the Bahamas, which features a golf course, an equestrian center, tennis courts, and a fitness center.
