The Masters Par 3 Contest kicked off on the 8th of April.

Augusta National is filled with family members during this event, which is a beautiful sight for the fans. Wives, girlfriends, children, and grandchildren, all present as caddies, make this contest heartwarming.

This unique contest comes with a curse - no one has ever won the Par 3 Contest and then gone on to win the Masters. Raymond Floyd was on the cusp of breaking it, but Nick Faldo had other plans back in 1990.

World No. 26 Keegan Bradley hit an ace last year at the sixth hole. This year, on the eighth, he did it again. In the process, he made history.

Bradley became the first player to hit an ace in back-to-back years at the Masters Par 3 Contest. His shot spun back into the hole after landing a few feet ahead. His family, present with him, joined in the celebrations.

Bradley is in high spirits as he looks to get his hands on The Green Jacket for the first time. The Par 3 Contest has its curse, but a moment like this will definitely provide momentum to him.

The competition has witnessed an astonishing 115 holes-in-one, according to ESPN Research. Last year, Brooks Koepka, Bradley, and Tom Hoge contributed to this stat. Justin Thomas started with an ace today. Wyndham Clarke, Bradley, and Tommy Fleetwood followed.

All these aces really set the tone for The Masters. Only time will tell whether the Par 3 Contest curse finally breaks or not.

How Has Keegan Bradley’s Recent Run of Form Been?

Keegan Bradley has struggled with form lately.

Since becoming the youngest United States Ryder Cup captain in 2025, Bradley seems to be picking up the pieces. In seven starts, he has missed three cuts this season.

Bradley’s best finish this season has been T29 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Following his stint as the youngest United States Ryder Cup captain in 2025, Bradley has struggled to find consistent form.

“It's been a little difficult. I'm still heartbroken from the Ryder Cup,” Bradley admitted on Friday. “So trying my best to separate myself and move on, but it's hard. I think about it a lot. I think about the guys a lot, and I'm still in the process of getting past all that.”

Bradley’s surprise appointment as the US Captain was bound to make him reach new heights. However, the failure at the Ryder Cup took its toll on him.

Do you think he will break the curse and finally wear the green jacket for the first time? Let us know in the comments!
