LIV Golf’s 2025 season was not just another year on the schedule. It was a financial statement. Using the official 2025 LIV Golf money list published by Fox Sports, along with confirmed team prize structures, the numbers show exactly how much the league spent in prize money alone across the season.
No contracts, no signing bonuses, no appearance fees. Just prize money. This is what LIV Golf is known for.
Notably, Brooks Koepka, one of LIV Golf's great players, decided to leave to spend more time with his family. Still, he managed to earn $4,148,571 in prize money and ranked 24th in the prize money list.
When all individual earnings are combined, LIV Golf distributed approximately $260 million in prize money during the regular season. The top 20 individuals are:
| Rank | Player | Earnings (USD) |
| 1 | Joaquin Niemann | $21,987,762 |
| 2 | Jon Rahm | $11,733,791 |
| 3 | Bryson DeChambeau | $10,023,310 |
| 4 | Sebastian Munoz | $9,346,286 |
| 5 | Talor Gooch | $8,262,100 |
| 6 | Patrick Reed | $8,004,583 |
| 7 | Sergio Garcia | $7,766,583 |
| 8 | Adrian Meronk | $6,496,155 |
| 9 | Marc Leishman | $6,412,226 |
| 10 | Dean Burmester | $5,829,183 |
| 11 | Carlos Ortiz | $5,691,083 |
| 12 | Abraham Ancer | $5,647,750 |
| 13 | Bubba Watson | $5,565,672 |
| 14 | Lucas Herbert | $5,449,916 |
| 15 | David Puig | $5,212,893 |
| 16 | Charles Howell III | $4,946,464 |
| 17 | Charl Schwartzel | $4,861,757 |
| 18 | Paul Casey | $4,574,726 |
| 19 | Dustin Johnson | $4,517,875 |
| 20 | Anirban Lahiri | $4,478,964 |
But individual prize money is only part of the story.
LIV Golf Team Payout
Each LIV Golf event also includes a team competition. Every regular-season tournament features a $5 million team prize pool, which is distributed to all teams based on their finishing position. With 13 regular-season events, that adds another $65 million in team prize money distributed during the year.
| Team | Prize Money Payout |
| Legion XIII | $14,000,000 |
| Crushers GC | $8,000,000 |
| Stinger GC | $6,000,000 |
| Smash GC | $4,000,000 |
| HyFlyers GC | $3,250,000 |
The season then ends with the LIV Golf Team Championship, which carries a separate and confirmed $50 million prize pool, paid entirely to teams.
