Jon Rahm’s past five years include two major championship wins, multiple tournament victories, and a transition to the LIV Golf League in December 2023. In the same period, Scottie Scheffler has recorded 19 PGA Tour victories, including four major championships and the 2024 FedEx Cup.

Yet, how do the two titans from the two different leagues stack up when it comes to money in the bank?

Jon Rahm Earnings

From 2021 to 2023, Rahm has collected PGA Tour payouts, DP World Tour payouts, major championship earnings, and season-long bonuses. Starting in 2024, he's been winning events in LIV Golf.

The $5,000,000 payment in 2021 is recorded as a FedEx Cup season-ending bonus for finishing second rather than a single-event prize. After Rahm’s move to LIV, the earnings data for 2024–2025 reflect LIV event payouts together with major championship prize money.

Jon Rahm's highest single-event payout in the five-year period, which includes a year-end championship bonus tied to the final event, is $20,250,000 for the 2025 LIV Golf Indianapolis event. He's also earned $18,000,000 in individual championship bonuses.

Meanwhile, the lowest recorded payout with earnings between 2021 and 2025 is $23,280, at the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open (T55), according to Spotrac.

Rahm’s annual totals for the past five years are:

  • 2021: $16,705,933
  • 2022: $11,963,220
  • 2023: $30,305,109
  • 2024: $38,350,866
  • 2025: $38,751,876

Scottie Scheffler Earnings

Scottie Scheffler’s rise on the PGA Tour began in 2022, when he won four PGA Tour events in three months, including the Masters Tournament, his first major championship.

In 2024, he recorded nine victories across the season and also won the Olympic golf event, finishing the year as FedEx Cup champion.

In 2025, Scheffler added two more major titles by winning the PGA Championship and The Open Championship, bringing his career major total to four.

Across the 2021–2025 period, the payouts listed for Scheffler in Spotrac include PGA Tour earnings, major championship prize money, unofficial payouts, and season-ending bonus payments.

The highest single-event payout for Scheffler includes a season-ending bonus tied to the final event, is recorded as $25,000,000 at the 2024 TOUR Championship.

On the flipside, his lowest recorded payout, excluding CUT, WD, and no-payout entries, is $16,416 at The RSM Classic in 2021 (T57).

Scheffler’s annual totals for the five years:

  • 2021: $10,635,597
  • 2022: $40,307,506
  • 2023: $73,696,848
  • 2024: $144,925,206
  • 2025: $50,659,550

So, while it's rare to see PGA Tour golfers out-earning LIV Golf members, Scottie Scheffler's dominance has helped him rack up a whopping $320 million. Meanwhile, Jon Rahm has earned less than half with $136 Million.
