Charley Hull probably could've achieved a lot more in 2025 if she hadn't suffered from the multiple medical issues she did.

The 29-year-old LPGA star appeared on the LPGA’s YouTube channel in October 2025, where she opened up about suffering a back injury and the complications associated with it.

She admitted, "I've actually got a back injury at the minute from lifting up a box two weeks before Evian. I've torn something, and now I've got these cysts growing on the side of my spine...all my discs are perfect. It's just these little cysts where I've tore my back. So I can't actually ever lift weights again in the gym."

However, the back injury is far from being the only one that plagued Hull in the 2025 season. The series of her medical complications started with a health scare at the Amundi Evian Championship in July.

During the first round, she fainted twice on the course and was taken back to the clubhouse on a stretcher before later withdrawing. Her illness stemmed from a viral infection.

Soon after, she suffered the back injury mentioned above, ahead of the next major. But her problems didn't end even after she recovered.

The injury later led to ongoing issues around the joints in her back, creating pain she has had to work through while continuing to compete.

However, besides causing problems, the injuries also pushed Hull to become stronger, who didn't care about the issues.

Pain Couldn’t Stop Charley Hull From Competing and Winning

Hull began physiotherapy to recover from her back injury, but before she could fully recover, she competed in the 2025 Kroger City Queen championship.

During a press conference amid the event, Hull confessed that her back hurt whenever she went for full swings. However, she didn't show any signs of backing down because of the pain.

Hull said, "Today it hurt. It's just a lot of golf last week and then straight into this week, but pain's only a b***** weakness of the mind."

The 29-year-old eventually won the tournament, which speaks volumes about how "pain" couldn't stop her conquests.

Which titles do you think she will win this season?
