Patrick Reed’s 2025 LIV Golf Earnings: How One Win and Four Top 10s Were Not Enough for the $10 Million Club

Patrick Reed’s 2025 LIV Golf season looked strong on paper. He won once, finished inside the top 10 four times, and stayed competitive most weeks. Yet when the numbers were tallied, it still was not enough to put him in LIV Golf’s exclusive $10 million earnings club.
That alone says a lot about how demanding the league has become.
According to Spotrac, Reed earned just under $9 million in individual prize money during the 2025 season. That total placed him among the better performers on the tour, but well short of the league’s top earners, where multiple wins and steady podium finishes have become the standard.
The Dallas Win That Carried His Season
Reed’s biggest moment came at LIV Golf Dallas, where he picked up his lone individual victory of the year. As per Spotrac, the win was worth $4 million, by far the largest chunk of his 2025 earnings. It was also his first individual LIV title, a milestone he had been chasing since joining the league.

The victory was significant. It showed that Reed is capable of finishing in high-pressure situations and playing at the same level as a field packed with top-tier players. However, a single win, even if it is at the level of LIV's payout, can only take you so far.
Consistency Helped, But It Wasn’t Dominant
Beyond Dallas, Reed delivered four top-10 finishes across the season. Those results kept him in the mix and helped him finish inside the top 10 in the overall individual standings. Solid golf, week after week, but not the kind of run that drives earnings into eight figures.
In LIV Golf, the money builds fast only if you keep putting yourself right at the top. Reed was around the leaderboard often enough, but he was not there every week. A win helps. A few top 10s help. What really moves the needle is finishing first, second, or third again and again, and that is where his season came up short.
That is why the $10 million mark never really came into reach.
Indeed, Reed's 2025 season was far from a failure. It demonstrated that he remains capable of winning and competing in a strong field. However, LIV has certainly pushed the level higher.
It is no longer sufficient to have one great week and a few decent ones when others are continuously racking up wins and podium finishes.
One win and four top 10s made for a good season. It just was not the kind of season that unlocks LIV Golf’s biggest paydays.
