Tiger Woods is working through rehab in Switzerland with no confirmed return date to competitive golf.
A source told PEOPLE that the 15-time major champion is "doing the best he can" as he continues his recovery, with no timeline set for a return to the PGA Tour.
The 50-year-old golfer is continuing treatment at a specialist facility in Switzerland and is expected to remain there until the end of June.
He is recovering after an accident in Jupiter Island in March 2026 and was allowed by a Florida judge to travel overseas for treatment.

A source close to the situation told PEOPLE that the three-month recovery plan is going as expected.
"The original plan was for Tiger to do three months in rehab, which should stay on target unless something major changes," the insider said.
The source also told PEOPLE that the legal situation related to his accident has added to the pressure Woods is facing during his recovery.
"Tiger is doing the best he can with all of the pressure on him with healing and also the legal issues he faces in coming months. This has created a great deal of stress," the source said.
Sources told PEOPLE that Woods and his girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, have continued to support each other as he progresses through his recovery.
"They talk and share their lives as they have been doing for the entire time they have been together," the source said.
The Road Back: What Recovery Looks Like
Woods last played on the PGA Tour at The Open Championship in July 2024, where he missed the cut. Since then, he has undergone his seventh back surgery and suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon.
"I don't know when it will be or how he will do it, but Tiger is determined to return," the source confirmed with PEOPLE. "He has to get his pain management going in the right direction and also be able to continue a fitness routine. This could be tough. But it's something he wants."
Those around Woods say stability and conditioning remain the priority, with any PGA Tour return dependent on his physical progress and viewed as a long-term goal rather than an immediate expectation.
