Tiger Woods’s Girlfriend Vanessa Trump Makes Honest Admission About Her Golf Skills

Tiger Woods's girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, is stepping into the golf world. Appearing on her daughter Kai's YouTube channel, she made an honest admission about her skills. Her newfound connection to the game is deeper than many might think.
"I was always a very sporty kid. It was hard to continue sports when I had all of you guys. I continued with tennis. I never played golf. I'm still learning golf... When I was playing tennis, years ago, I loved doing cardio...but that's not my favorite thing to do."
Even though she hasn't played the sport for too long, she's apparently skilled enough to beat Kai!
As the young golfer from the University of Miami revealed, "It’s funny though cuz she’s actually beat me at putting a few times. I’m not the best putter. I am a great putter in tournaments here and there, but somehow you always, I don’t know."
And that's because Vanessa Trump shared she enjoys practising one aspect of the game. She said, “I just love putting. I love putting. I spend a lot of time practicing putting, um, I do love golf. I do.”
Vanessa isn't the only one connecting with Tiger through golf. Her daughter Kai has also formed a strong bond with him.

The two also share a family connection through the sport.
As Kai continues in the sport, Woods has taken on a mentorship role. She is a senior at The Benjamin School and has committed to play collegiate golf at the University of Miami in the fall of 2026.
Before her LPGA appearance at The ANNIKA tournament in November 2025, Woods advised her to “go out there and have fun and just go with the flow.”
In turn, Kai has called him “the best golfer in the entire world” and “an even better person.” They have also been seen together at events such as the Genesis Invitational and TGL matches.
Kai attends the same school as Woods’ son Charlie, and both families have attended junior golf events.
