Tommy Fleetwood’s Nike Split Opens the Door to a New Look

Nike took a big hit to its roster of golf athletes. Tommy Fleetwood is reportedly no longer wearing Nike apparel.
Josh Lees of Bunkered reported, “Had confirmation that Tommy Fleetwood will no longer be wearing Nike after some noticeable apparel changes over the last week.”
After more than a decade of partnering with the brand, Fleetwood is exploring options. He was first seen without the swoosh at the Dubai Invitational and then again at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, before later confirming the split to Bunkered.
“I’ve been with Nike for such a long time, and at this point in this year, I’m wearing my own stuff and just exploring a bit,” Tommy Fleetwood said during a short walk in Dubai in a video shared by Dan Rapaport on X on Jan. 23.
While the deal was formalized when he joined the pro ranks, reports have suggested his connection with the brand goes back to his early teens.
Since the Hero Dubai Desert, Fleetwood has started changing his on-course look, with Vuori among the brands spotted, as he opens his 2026 season after his best year on tour in 2025.
As for Nike, while the World No. 3 may not be with them, the top two golfers in the world, Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy are both signed on.
Does Tommy Fleetwood Have a Different Deal Lined Up?
While Bunkered confirmed the split, there's no word on what brand the golfer will partner up with next. If Fleetwood goes on to sign with Vuori, he would join the likes of NFL star Jared Goff in their lineup.
At the moment, he's looking to carry on his momentum from the 2025 season.
"I’m looking forward to the challenge that comes next. Looking at ways where I know I can still be better, trying to maintain the levels that I’ve found, if I can do that, and seeing where we can go in 2026."
