Golf gear rumors have turned into reality as Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) officially signed emerging English star Marco Penge to its Tour roster.

PXG was founded in 2014 by Bob Parsons, and this move is not just another deal. It is a clear signal that the Arizona-based brand is targeting a place in golf's elite as Penge starts his PGA Tour rookie season in 2026.

PXG’s announcement confirms that the 27-year-old golfer, currently ranked inside the world’s top 30, will be part of the brand’s stable of players this season. Penge’s rise has been steep; after turning pro in 2017, he exploded onto the scene in 2025 with three DP World Tour victories and a second-place finish in the Race to Dubai rankings, earning his PGA Tour card.

The signing reflects PXG’s belief in Penge’s ability to compete at the highest level. Bob Parsons, PXG founder and CEO, said, “Marco is driven, talented, and unapologetically competitive, exactly the kind of player we want representing PXG.

For Penge, the switch to PXG comes with a serious equipment overhaul. As per PXG, he will be using the PXG drivers and irons in 2026, which are:

  • Driver: PXG Lightning Tour Mid
  • Mini Driver: PXG Secret Weapon
  • Irons: PXG 0311 GEN8, (4-iron), 0317 ST (5-P)

In fact, Marco Penge said in a press release, “From the first conversation, it was clear PXG is obsessed with performance. The fitting process, the people, the technology… It’s all built to help players compete at the highest level. I’m excited to work closely with the team and put PXG equipment in play every week.”
