With 16 career LPGA wins, including two majors, the 2024 Rolex Player of the Year honor, and Olympic gold, Nelly Korda sits at 20 Hall of Fame points, just seven away from golf’s most exclusive circle.

To qualify for the LPGA Hall of Fame, a player must reach 27 points through career achievements. 

The LPGA awards one point for each official tournament win, one point for the Vare Trophy or Rolex Player of the Year award, two points for each major win, and one point for an Olympic gold medal. 

A player must also win at least one major, the Vare Trophy, or the Player of the Year honor to meet the eligibility requirement.

Nelly Korda’s path is defined by the LPGA Hall of Fame qualification rules

Nelly Korda has already met this condition halfway. Korda has earned 20 Hall of Fame points through 16 LPGA wins, including two major titles, which account for four points. 

She also received one point for winning the 2024 Rolex Player of the Year award and one point for winning the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. 

Her recent victory at the 2026 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions added another point to her total. As a result, Korda now stands seven points away from the required 27 to secure Hall of Fame qualification.

Among active players, Yani Tseng leads with 23 points, followed by Korda and Jin Young Ko with 20 points, Stacy Lewis with 19, Ariya Jutanugarn with 17, and Brooke Henderson with 16.

Lydia Ko was the last player to qualify in 2024, at 27 years old, and achieved her required score after winning the gold medal at the Paris Olympics. 

Earlier that year, she earned her 26th point by winning the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in January, which left her one point short of the threshold.
