Anthony Kim is certain that his newfound form in the latest LIV Golf tournaments is just the beginning of his rise to glory. The 4Aces GC member thinks he still has many bigger achievements awaiting him.
The resurgent golfer dropped a massive hint about his future expectations during a team press conference. His recent surge has reshaped his goals for the season.
"If I just keep doing what I'm doing, I'm going to keep getting better," Kim stated during the pre-tournament presser. He believes his current momentum will lead to even greater success.
This sentiment could clearly be seen ahead of LIV Golf Korea taking place at Asiad Country Club. Anthony Kim made the statement following the excellent individual results that gained him much praise around the world, including three top-20 finishes in the current season.
At present, the player is occupying the fifth position in the individual rankings with 270.21 points. That came as a result of the historic victory in Adelaide after almost 16 years, as well as the career-low round of 10-under-par 62, bringing him a sixth place in Virginia, and helping his team win.
"To see some nice results feels good, but I know that I can play a lot better," Kim added. He remains focused on finding more consistency moving forward.
Aiming for Major Tournaments and Elite Consistency

He strives to put his improved game through rigorous testing by pitting it against the best in the world. His ultimate goal is a highly anticipated return to golf's premier events.
"I obviously want to play in the majors," Kim admitted. "I want to play in the biggest events. That's why I'm working".
There are now formal qualification channels through which LIV participants can enter these high-caliber fields based on their outstanding performances on the breakaway tour.
U.S. Open offers a complete exemption to the top non-exempt golfer within the top three of the LIV Golf Individual Standings, thus offering an entry into the major tournament to the best LIV players.
Similarly, The Open Championship reserves one place for the top non-exempt player within the top five players of the LIV Golf Individual Season Standings.
Holding the fifth spot puts Kim right on the bubble for these major championship exemptions. To secure his place, he is focusing heavily on his daily practice habits.
"Sometimes I'll hit 10 balls and really only be focused on four or five," Kim explained. "The next day the goal is going to be focus on six".
His captain, Dustin Johnson, has been vocal about his confidence in Kim’s ability to meet this goal. Johnson feels that Kim's addition brings strength to the 4Aces team lineup.
With the field in Busan ready to challenge the 4Aces, Kim's next tee shot will determine if his major championship dreams become a reality or slip away entirely.
