Daily View of Pebble Beach’s 14th Comes With a $45 Million Price Tag

Feb 17, 2026, 1:30 PM CUT

As Collin Morikawa dominated the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, a rare property overlooking the golf course’s 14th hole began drawing attention. And its listing went up to $45 million.

Even the developers, Al Saroyan and Larry Solari, had their interests piqued when they got to know that the house was on sale. Back in 2021, the duo paid $10.75 million for a scenic 17 Mile Drive property.

Later, they wanted permission to rebuild their post Adobe-style estate. But by January, all the work was done.

Speaking of the view the house offered, Solari said, “If you looked at that home itself, it was nothing. But if you stood on the front porch, it was unbelievable.”

The house extends over an area measuring 8,600 sq ft. It’s equipped with three kitchens (one outdoor kitchen connected to a rooftop pavilion, one for the family, and another for the caterers), a couple of wine cellars, two elevators, and two hidden doors (One leading to the catering kitchen and another to the primary suite).

The property has now become the first spec house to be constructed on the Pebble Beach Golf Links in this decade. This estate is also rivaling a nearby oceanfront property that’s listed for a whopping $57.5 million. But for golf enthusiasts, the one on the 14th fairway seems a much more inviting deal.

Developers Emphasize How Special the Pebble Beach Property Is

“All the views change throughout the property,” Larry Solari stated. “From the great view from the primary, the living room, and dining room and all the way to the garage. The views are unique. And when you get to the rooftop deck you can see portions of 7 of the 18 holes.”

“Those that love golf, will recognize how fun and special this is.”

However, the one-of-a-kind luxury estate is still in troubled water. At the Pebble Beach Golf Links, there are 45 properties around the perimeter. But only 13 homes have changed hands in the last ten years. That’s how rare ownership is around the course.

But with the views Solari and Saroyan promised, the property at 3364 17 Mile Drive might change the ownership game.
