Inside Jon Rahm and Wife Kelley Cahill's Luxury Scottsdale Home That Sold for More Than Expected

The transfer of Jon Rahm to LIV Golf was not the only big-ticket deal that has been making headlines of late on behalf of the Spanish sensation.

Although the nickname of "Rambo" became a permanent part of his reputation during his tenure on the course due to his grit, his real estate policy in Arizona was equally cutthroat.

Before the record-winning Masters in 2023, Rahm and his wife, Kelley Cahill, established their initial foundation in a Mediterranean-style house in Scottsdale. The couple that originally bought the property at a little more than $1 million met at Arizona State University.

A Lucrative Desert Exit

When they put the family home on the market in June 2021, the real estate market was ideal for a big profit.

"They found a buyer who was willing to shell out a little bit more than that to the tune of $1.65 million," reports quoted the final sale price.

The house in Scottsdale was by no means a modest house when you enter its 3,000 square feet of stone and stucco. It had luxury facilities like an exclusive wine cellar and a master suite that had direct access to the backyard.

The rear yard was the fantasy of a golfer, complete with a custom pool, a hot tub, and a row of putting greens and sand traps. This lab was his personal sanctuary where Rahm could train in the burning Arizona sun without ever leaving his home.

Kelley Cahill was a former javelin thrower, but she had a competitive husband, whom she particularly remembered in an instance of a tennis game where she spent the day mad. That fire was a home life that could be based on athletic excellence and luxury.

Jon Rahm's Search for a New Residence in Spain

The Rahms have kept the sale of their new location very quiet, with rumors of a possible move to Spain. Wherever he might be, Rahm keeps his priorities in order, stating, "I choose family every time."

With a reported $500 million backing every new move from LIV golf, Rahm's new real estate interests have grown beyond Scottsdale.

With the title of highest earning golfer in the world for 2025, Rahm's next purchase is likely to be more than just another house, but rather a global estate that will set a new standard for the luxurious living of the modern-day sports icons.
