Inside Jordan Spieth’s Dallas Home That He Bought for $7.1 Million: 3x Major Champ’s Luxury Lifestyle

Jordan Spieth highlighted his financial success in 2015 when he purchased a house in Dallas for $2.3 million. But the very next year, he made a bigger jump in real estate as he upgraded to another mansion.

The three-time major champion bought Hunter Mahan’s home, nicknamed ‘Iceberg House’, for a whopping $7.1 million. Let’s have a look around it, shall we?

The property spans approximately 16,655 square feet and sits on a sprawling, gated lot in the Creeks at Preston Hollow. This location gives Spieth access to two private-jet ports. The residence includes six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, multiple living rooms, a formal dining area, and extensive entertainment spaces.

Mahan’s trophies and golf bags cover up a good part of the study area. As one can expect, there’s a golf simulator in Spieth’s ‘man cave’. It also houses a ping pong table on the side. And for the basketball enthusiasts, there’s a half-court below the 12-car garage.

The kitchen remains a focal point of the home, outfitted with high-end appliances, oversized islands, and open-plan connectivity to adjacent living spaces. And there’s also a less formal sitting area right around the kitchen.

One of the standout features is the resort-style outdoor setup, which includes an infinity pool, covered patio spaces, and landscaped grounds designed for privacy. For the guests, there’s a black and white themed bedroom with a pretty bathtub in the attached bathroom.

Although it’s Spieth, his wife, Annie, and their children currently reside in the house, it once belonged to Mahan. And as he sold the property over to Spieth, he knew the 32-year-old would have a good time.

Talking to Dallas News, Hunter Mahan said, “It has like a bachelor pad feel to it, even though we didn't design it that way. It's gated, it's got great people there. It's secluded. I know Jordan doesn't like to live a secluded life, but he needs to. I know he's having a great time with it."
