John Daly turned 60 on April 28, and fans across social media have greeted the golf icon. And now one of Daly's most iconic hole-in-ones in recent years is making rounds.

The clip posted by Nuclr Golf on X captured Daly hitting a hole-in-one while barefoot. "John Daly causally knocking in his 11th hole-in-one barefooted," they posted in the caption.

However, the original video is close to six years old. Josh Price posted it on Instagram on October 5, 2020, during a charity event for fallen Navy SEALs at The Federal Club.

As the ball made its way down the hole, Daly turned to his friends, and one of them said, “That makes 11 of them!” The two-time major champion wore a shirt, patterned shorts, and no shoes.

However, John Daly himself is busy doing far more than basking in past glories. On April 20 and 21, she hosted the 35th annual John Daly Golf Invitational.

John Daly gives back to the community that celebrates him

The golf tournament presented by Karl's House donated all its proceeds to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Arkansas River Valley.

The Invitational was Daly's mother, Mama Lou's, idea. 35 editions later, the golfer continues to honor her legacy and give back to the community every year.

"We are wishing our Hometown Hero a happy 60th Birthday!" the official tournament page posted on Instagram. "You'll never meet a heart as soft as John's," they added, acknowledging his dedication to the kids.

His birthday celebration at Old Hickory Country Club included a special birthday cake and a surprise party, celebrating his dedication to the local community.
