Min Woo Lee has become a superstar on the PGA Tour in the last few years, but his biggest supporter remains his big sister, Minjee Lee.

Recently, during the pregame presser at the 2026 KPMG Women's PGA Championship, Minjee Lee once again clarified the fact that she will never, ever get tired of talking about her brother.

"I'll never get tired of speaking about my brother," Minjee told the reporters.

She added: "I always love—we're both quite competitive, but he's a little more competitive than I am outwardly. I think I'm just always going to be really proud of what a great young man he's becoming, and golfer, obviously." [transcript by ASAP Sports]

When Min Woo Lee turned pro in 2019, Minjee was already an LPGA winner, and by the time he became a full-time PGA Tour member in 2024, she had won two majors.

But over time, Min Woo Lee emerged from his sister's shadow, winning the 2021 Scottish Open, the 2023 Fortinet Australian PGA Championship, and the 2025 Texas Children's Houston Open, where he held off No. 1 Scottie Scheffler for his first PGA Tour title.

As comparisons grew, the siblings remained each other’s biggest supporters, with both making trips in 2024 to watch the other compete.

The siblings also paired up when Min Woo Lee debuted at the 2022 Masters. Minjee was caddying for her younger brother during the Par-3 Contest at golf's biggest stage.

Their bond extends far beyond words, and one moment from 2025 perfectly showed how invested Minjee is in her brother's success.

Minjee Lee almost missed her brother's first winning moment on tour

When Min Woo Lee won the 2025 Houston Open, Minjee was watching from a plane and nearly missed the winning moment because the signal cut out right before his final putt.

She refreshed the stream just in time, then celebrated so hard her seatmates noticed.

“Was a different experience,” Minjee said in an Interview with TenGolf on YouTube. “I’ve not watched golf on a plane before. It was first time for everything. It was quite fun. I really enjoyed it.”

She added: “Just before his like final putt from off the green, it kind of cut out then and I was like ‘oh, my God,’” Minjee said. “But I was like, I just refreshed it and it worked again.”

With Min Woo Lee’s Houston Open win, they became the third brother-sister pair to win on both the men’s and women’s top tours, alongside Cathy and Billy Kratzert and  Jackie and Jim Gallagher Jr.

“I think it's such a great honor and it’s just—only the third siblings to win on both the tours,” Minjee said, “so I think it's just super cool and something we can tell the kids, grandkids. So we’ll always have that.”

With the 2026 season still offering several major opportunities, Minjee will next turn her attention to the The Amundi Evian Championship from July 9-12, where she will look to add another major title to her resume.
