Ryann O’Toole: Her Redemption at LPGA Q Series, Earnings, and Career Highlights

Ryann O'Toole can finally breathe a sigh of relief. After a grueling fight, she managed to salvage her LPGA card after a solid showing at the LPGA Q series.
The 38-year-old veteran posted a strong performance at the Q-Series Final Qualifying in Mobile, finishing tied for third at 11 under par in the event.
With the top 25 and ties earning LPGA cards for the coming season, O’Toole’s result secured her playing privileges for 2026, marking a significant personal redemption after a challenging 2025 where she finished 137th in the CME Points standings.

“The last time I was here [at Q-Series] was 2014, and I told myself after that week, I never want to have to be back... With 15 years on tour, there are mixed emotions going into it. I wasn't sure if I was even going to decide to go back to Q School or if I was just going to start the next chapter of my life. But at the same time it would be really weird to start January 1 and go, ‘What do you mean I don't have full status? What do you mean? I'm not a professional on the LPGA?’ That wasn't OK for me.”
How has Ryan O'Toole's career fared so far?
It was the 2021 Trust Golf Women’s Scottish Open that witnessed her first LPGA win. It’s worth noting that she won it by three strokes, securing her a spot among the elites. However, O'Toole's rise to being a golf pro started far before that.
After turning professional in 2009, O’Toole spent time on the Epson Tour before graduating to the LPGA Tour, winning twice. Herer performance at the 2010 Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City Championship, 2010 Falls Auto Group Classic, and 2011 Santorini Riviera Nayarit Classic became the highlights of her early career.
Her best finishes across the LPGA majors include the 2011 US Women’s Open, where she got the T9th spot. Then, it was the 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, where she tied for the 18th spot. Finally, her 2023 AIG Women’s British Open ended with T21 position.
With a storied career, how much has Ryan O'Toole earned
In 2025, O’Toole added $120,119 to her career total across 16 LPGA starts, making eight cuts during the season. Her best finish came at the Black Desert Championship, where a tie for 20th earned her $31,630.

Over the span of her career, despite several missed cuts across major events and regular tournaments, she maintained steady earnings through mid-tier finishes.
This includes paychecks at the Honda LPGA Thailand (earned $10,901 for finishing T33rd), the MEXICO Open at Mayakoba (earned $10,363 for finishing T45th), and the LOTTE Championship (earned $7,547 for finishing T59th).
But her highest paycheck (till October 2025) came from her T52nd finish at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in June when she earned $33,648.
