TGL Season 2 Full Team Rosters and 2026 Schedule: All the Players and Dates You Need to Know

The TV-specific virtual golf league, TGL Season 2, is set to return on ABC, ESPN, ESPN+, and ESPN2. Played inside a custom-built arena, matches combine real shots into a massive simulator screen with short-game play on a live green, creating a hybrid experience that prioritizes entertainment without losing competitive integrity. But who will compete in the upcoming season?

Who will compete at TGL Golf Season 2?

Once again, TGL will feature six teams, consisting of four PGA Tour elites. Three players from each team will compete in each match. And there isn’t much change in the team’s buildup.

  • Atlanta Drive GC: Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Billy Horschel, Lucas Glover
  • Boston Common Golf: Rory McIlroy, Keegan Bradley, Hideki Matsuyama, Adam Scott
  • Jupiter Links GC: Tiger Woods, Max Homa, Tom Kim, Kevin Kisner
  • Los Angeles Golf Club: Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Rose, Sahith Theegala
  • New York Golf Club: Xander Schauffele, Matt Fitzpatrick, Rickie Fowler, Cameron Young
  • The Bay Golf Club: Shane Lowry, Ludvig Aberg, Wyndham Clark, Min Woo Lee

However, two high-profile figures will not take part in Season 2 match play. Nearing the age of 50 in about a day, Tiger Woods will miss the action. It’s not because of his age, but due to his recent artificial disc replacement surgery. But he has confirmed that he’d be present for the telecast and trash talk during the Jupiter Links’ matches.

Nevertheless, a fellow member of the Jupiter Links, Tom Kim, expressed his confidence. He claimed, “We’re ready to win, especially for a guy who’s not used to losing as much. And he’s on our butts to get into the playoffs.”

Additionally, Justin Thomas also underwent a back surgery (microdiscectomy to fix a bulging disc that caused him hip pain). Needless to say, he wouldn’t be able to appear for TGL season 2 and represent the Atlanta Drive GC.

Schedule for TGL Golf Season 2

The season began with the battle between the Atlanta Drive GC (reigning champions) and the New York Golf Club, in a rematch of the TGL season 1 finale. But it’s only the first one out of 15 matches.
