Not too long ago, Lily Muni He and Alex Albon announced their engagement through social media. The LPGA star flashed the ring, standing beside the F1 driver, with wide smiles on their faces. But she admits one part of their future is already 'stressful.'

During the presser at the Honda LPGA Thailand in Siam Country Club Pattaya, Muni He got honest regarding the wedding planning.

“No wedding planning yet,” she confessed. “I think that's the stressful part. We're just very much enjoying it and feeling the buzz.”

“Obviously, our family and friends are very happy, and it's nice to show up this week. It's like back to school. You see all the girls, and everyone is congratulating each other. Few other girls engaged as well, so chatting with them about what they're doing.”

The 29-year-old seemed to have “a really good feeling” being back on the course after a good off-season. After all, Albon proposed with the ring when they were stargazing in Big Sur.

The couple's relationship remains strong, as Albon explained in previous interviews with Golfweek.

What Keeps Lily Muni and Alex Albon Together?

Back in 2022, Albon told Golfweek, "You could say our interests collided. We met through social media, and I was just kind following how she was doing, and she was following how I was doing, and one thing led to another, and we met up in LA.”

A week after that, he had a race in Texas. And that was when he picked up a golf club for the first time. They covered some greens together, and that’s how it all started. But one thing that pulled them together was their profession.

"We're both athletes. It's a pretty cool place because also, on top of everything, we understand and we get each other. We started our sports as rookies, and we've gone through tough times together. The highs and lows of being an athlete, I think you can resonate that with any athlete," he said about his connection with the LPGA Star.

The engagement adds a high-profile crossover between golf and F1. And when they do plan their wedding, it'll be a grand event. But for now, He appears content to keep the focus on enjoying the moment.
